Vegan Healthy Cooking

Victoria Feldman, head of Canterbury Baking School, has been vegetarian since the age of 18, with a vegan husband.

Over the years she has created some marvellous vegan recipes, as well as helpful tips and tricks to share. Vegan cooking is first and foremost about being creative whilst also being nutritious and that is what we hope to teach!

Vegan substitutes you can buy in the supermarket do have a place, but for a balanced diet you will need to learn a new way of cooking and experiment with new ingredients. This vegan cooking class will allow you to do that under Victoria’s expert guidance.
