Our motto is "100% Bread" - we only ever use a 100% of the grain and never use additives. Our aim is to teach you how to bake, learn skills, gain confidence and leave with a good understanding of the health benefits of using all natural and fresh ingredients.
We cater for all levels of experience on our workshops; from absolute beginners to masterchefs in the making. You'll find our courses informative, relaxed and friendly - but above all, we hope you'll find them fun!
