Flying into the airport of Ancona in Marche. At 7pm, you will be welcomed and introduced to your hosts and the villa. A buffet spread will follow.
We have scheduled daily and over the course of the week;
Breakfast, a light lunch, and a delicious evening meal.
Breakfast is from 8.30am to 9am, the evening meal is at 7pm.
We will prepare food, dine in the open air and enjoy traditional Italian dishes and fayre. Additional food to accompany the dishes you will be preparing will also be on hand. The itinerary also consists of classes, trips to the local market, visit to the beach and foraging for herbs.
A day trip to Umbria will also be included, visiting the historic city of Assisi, famous for the Catholic friar St. Francis. There will be time for you to relax, un-wind and venture out and enjoy the local area.

Villa Details
The villa has 7 fully furnished and equipped apartments of varying size available on site.
There is a natural salt water swimming pool on offer to enjoy and relax in. The apartments all contain a fully equipped kitchenette, including induction cooker, microwave and a sofa area. Included is air conditioning, WIFI, a hairdryer, towels and smart flat screen TV. The range of apartments available and respective prices are available in the image attached below.
The apartments are priced dependent on size and number of persons staying. As a group party of 4 or more, you may choose an apartment for your group. Please note, you will pay the full apartment price selected, if you choose an apartment which can sleep up to 6 persons.
If you would like to book as a single person, or a couple, or if there are 3 of you, you are likely to be asked to share. Alternatively, you can purchase an apartment for yourself, at the full asking price as shown.
Please note, the apartment charge is in addition to the Culinary Retreat experience.
