This course teaches you how to create and maintain your own starter using heritage grains, explores the benefits and flavors of different grains, and includes hands-on work with Canterbury Baking School’s starter. You’ll learn how fermentation affects gut health, how to keep your starter healthy, and an introduction to sourdough bread making. We’ll also bake sourdough crackers together, covering practical tips and troubleshooting!
