Workshops

Come and learn the art of baking and cooking in our bespoke teaching kitchen. Classes are limited to a maximum of 6-8 people for a personal, hands-on experience. Our sessions are fully interactive so you will learn by doing. All our courses are tailored to your individual needs, so no two groups are ever exactly the same.

Each workshop includes a vegetarian/vegan lunch, including freshly made bread. This gives you the opportunity to sample your own handy work!

We always use heritage grains including spelt, kamut, wheat and rye, which you will mill yourself on the day. Our motto is "100% Bread" - we only ever use 100% of the grain and never use additives.

All our workshops are suitable for vegetarians and can be adapted for vegans and other special dietary requirements – just let us know your needs.
